One of the aims of the EIZIE association is to compile and disseminate information on Basque translation, interpreting and proofreading (from and into Basque), for which it has created the Nor da Nor (Who is Who) database.

The information in this relational database is organised around two central axes — "translators" and "translations" — and the information about the translators and their works can be obtained from either of the axes.

In addition to EIZIE members, experts in various fields collaborate in this project in order to guarantee the quality standards and reliability of the database.

Anyone who notices any errors or omissions may request the database managers to correct, add or delete such data.
